Sports - Another loss for the Giants

After a surprising and devastating loss to the eagles, the Giants play off against the Packers hoping their luck can change, but not much changes. For the Giants, this win meant going to the playoffs and for the packers this is one out of the two wins they need for the playoffs. Before the first quarter even ends the Giants are losing 14 - 0 and the pain of all the Giants fans are heard loud and clear at the stadium. However, Packers fans hope the Green Bay can keep up the good work.
In the second quarter the giants return the favor by scoring two touchdowns tying it up at 14 -14. Giants fans begin to regain hope in their assuming that this game will now go a different way, but the Packers yet again score a touchdown and they are now leading 21 - 14. This game looks like it will be a close one and this win means a lot to both teams so they cannot put in less than 100 percent effort. Chants are heard all over the stadium as the fans try to give as much support as they can to their favorite team.
In the third quarter the Packers score a field goal and now the Giants trail by 10. In return the Giants also score a field goal and now they only trail by 7. Victory is in the grasp of the Packers, but the Giants are hoping to seize control of it. Looking to extend their lead the Packers score another touchdown and they are now winning by 14 points. The chances for the Giants winning this game are slowly dwindling. At the end of the third quarter the score is 31 - 17 for the Packers. The Packers fans are up on their feet as they cheer for the Packers thinking that this quarter has sealed the fate of the Giants.
Its the third quarter and Giants fans cannot see a way to come back from such a large difference of 14 points. It would seem that th Packers are still raring to go because they score another two touchdowns making the score 45 - 17. With four interceptions by Eli Manning you cannot help, but think that this loss was justified. On the Packer's side players and fans alike are now looking forward to their next game and if the Packers play like this at their next game the playoffs are not too far off for them.
